Firefox, Chrome, Opera, and Safari are the recommended browsers for the application usage.

But if you are using IE, Please check your default Internet Explorer settings prior to accessing the database, as some of the default IE settings might need to be amended.

Step 1: Go to 'Tools'
Step 2: Select 'Compatibility View Settings'
Step 3: Ensure that all three options are UNCHECKED
Step 4: 'Close'
